RETURNS POLICY

At Adera Mode, we want you to love your order 🤎

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:• unworn• unwashed• in original condition• with tags attached

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
